⚠ Important — Please Read
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must be completely unused, clean, and in original packaging. No exceptions will be made beyond these conditions.
7-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only. After 7 days, we are unable to accept any return or exchange request under any circumstances. Please inspect your shoes immediately upon delivery.
Shoes Must Be Unused & Clean
Shoes must be completely unworn, unsoiled, and in brand-new condition. Any signs of wear, dirt, scuffs, or outdoor use will disqualify the return. We inspect every return carefully before processing.
Original Packaging Required
Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packaging, tissue paper, dust bag, and tags intact. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
Size Exchange
If the size doesn't fit, we offer one free size exchange per order within 7 days. The original pair must meet all return conditions. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days to initiate.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a shoe with a genuine manufacturing defect (broken sole, stitching issue, etc.), we will replace it free of charge. Photos of the defect must be sent to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for: shoes that have been worn outdoors even once, shoes with any dirt or marks, custom-sized or special-order shoes, shoes returned after 7 days, or shoes without original packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
